U Mobile 在官方面子书表示：
U Mobile 将在在特定4天内出现中断问题，分别为7月18日、8月3日、8月8日和8月9日。这项中断问题是为了进行系统升级工程。受影响的时间是从午夜12点至早上6点30分。
以下为 U Mobile 网络将出现中断问题的日期和时间：
7月18日（12.00am - 6.30am）
8月3日（12.00am - 6.30am）
8月8日（12.00am - 6.30am）
8月9日（12.00am - 6.30am）
U Mobile 也表示所有网络将在8月10日全面恢复！

Dear valued customers, we would like to inform you that you may experience service interruptions on 18 July, 3 August, 8 August and/or 9 August during the off-peak hours of midnight to 6.30am.
